Please respect that this is my livelihood. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice in advance of your appointment time so that there is a greater chance that the appointment can be rebooked to another client.
Cancellations at short notice and missed appointments will incur a fee equal to 50% of your booked service.
I appreciate there are times things happen outside of our control and there may be occasions when a cancellation charge is not appropriate – I’m pretty reasonable, so please do get in touch.
